Pay to Pee Challenge
Let's "flush" this problem for good!
It’s easy to take for granted some of the most basic human rights we have: flushing toilets, locked bathroom stalls and running water.
Across the globe, 2.5 billion people still do not have basic sanitation facilities such as toilets or latrines. Women and girls are affected the most, and are forced to spend hours searching for a place to go.
On November 19th, we will be celebrating World Toilet Day. Join us for the Pay to Pee challenge and contribute a toonie every time you use the throne to do your business.
In a community of 100 people it only costs $5 a person to have a working toilet forever!
COVID-19 may have paused our project, but it has not paused our mission.
Since we are in unprecedented times, we made the hard decision to put a pause on our current project in Jumla, Nepal back when COVID-19 hit in March.
The funds raised from Pay to Pee will go directly to our immediate COVID-19 relief efforts, helping to distribute essential materials such as soap and menstrual pads to people still being affected.
